Description
A refreshing and easy-to-make peach sorbet that is perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 4 ripe peaches, peeled and pitted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1 cup water
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine sugar and water over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.
- Remove from heat and let it cool.
- In a blender, combine the peaches, cooled sugar syrup, and lemon juice.
- Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a shallow dish and freeze for about 2 hours.
- Stir the mixture every 30 minutes to break up ice crystals.
- Once fully frozen, scoop and serve the sorbet.
Notes
- For a smoother texture, use an ice cream maker.
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less sugar based on the ripeness of the peaches.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer.
