Ingredients

  • 2 large russet potatoes
  • 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 medium onion, sliced
  • 1 green bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Cut the russet potatoes into fries and toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
  4. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
  5. Add the sliced ribeye steak to the skillet and cook until browned.
  6. Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and layer the steak mixture on top.
  7. Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the steak and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
