- 2 large russet potatoes
- 1 lb ribeye steak, thinly sliced
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Cut the russet potatoes into fries and toss them in olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the fries on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté the onions and bell peppers until soft.
- Add the sliced ribeye steak to the skillet and cook until browned.
- Once the fries are done, remove them from the oven and layer the steak mixture on top.
- Sprinkle the cheddar and mozzarella cheese over the steak and return to the oven for 5-7 minutes until the cheese is melted.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot.
