  • 4 chicken drumsticks
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix olive oil, white wine vinegar, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to create the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken thighs and drumsticks to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
  5. Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
