- 4 chicken thighs
- 4 chicken drumsticks
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper (optional)
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix olive oil, white wine vinegar, minced garlic, paprika, oregano, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken thighs and drumsticks to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, preferably overnight.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade.
- Grill the chicken for about 6-8 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
