Description

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 2 cups pretzel crumbs
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1/4 cup Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a shallow dish, mix the flour with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In another dish, beat the eggs.
  4. In a third dish, place the pretzel crumbs.
  5. Dip each chicken breast in the flour mixture, then in the eggs, and finally coat with pretzel crumbs.
  6. Place the coated chicken breasts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  7. Spray the chicken with cooking spray for extra crispiness.
  8. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and golden brown.
  9. While the chicken is baking, mix honey and Dijon mustard in a small bowl to make the sauce.
  10. Serve the chicken hot with the honey mustard sauce on the side.
