  • 1 cup cooked chicken breast (shredded or diced)
  • 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  • 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, sliced
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup lettuce or spinach, chopped
  • 1/4 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or feta)
  • 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt or mayo
  • 1 teaspoon fresh lime juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  • Prepare the Chicken: If using pre-cooked chicken, shred or dice it. If cooking fresh, season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cumin, then sauté in olive oil until fully cooked. Let it cool and slice it.
  • Mash the Avocado: In a small bowl, mash the avocado with lime juice, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt.
