  • 1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil (for frying)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the flaked salmon, breadcrumbs, onion, bell pepper, mayonnaise, egg, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
  2. Shape the mixture into patties, about 2-3 inches in diameter.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Once hot, add the salmon patties to the skillet, cooking in batches if necessary.
  4. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.
  5. Remove the patties from the skillet and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain any excess oil.
