Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- ½ cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen tater tots
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional garnish)

Preheat Oven:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). -
Cook Beef Mixture:
In a skillet, brown ground beef with onion and garlic. Drain excess fat. -
Prepare Filling:
Add mixed vegetables, mushroom soup, beef broth, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer until combined and slightly thickened. -
Assemble Casserole:
Transfer beef mixture to a greased casserole dish, top evenly with cheddar cheese, then arrange tater tots neatly on top. -
