For the Casserole Base:

- 4 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
For the Topping:
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions

Cook the Noodles:
- Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
- Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
- Drain and set aside.

Prepare the Beef Mixture:
- In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
- Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
- Stir in salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
- Pour in tomato sauce and drained diced tomatoes, stirring well.
- Simmer for 5 minutes, then remove from heat.

- In a medium bowl, mix sour cream, softened cream cheese, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

- Spread half of the cooked noodles evenly in the dish.

- Sprinkle shredded cheddar, mozzarella, and Parmesan cheese over the top.
