  • 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  • Cook the Noodles:

    • Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
    • Cook egg noodles according to package instructions until al dente.
    • Drain and set aside.
  • Prepare the Beef Mixture:

    • In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
    • Add diced onion and garlic, cooking until softened.
    • Stir in salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning, and smoked paprika.
    • Pour in tomato sauce and drained diced tomatoes, stirring well.
