- 1 bell pepper, sliced

Instructions
- In a bowl, combine ginger, garlic, soy sauce, honey, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes to create the marinade.
- Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add the marinated chicken.

- Add the sliced bell pepper and onion to the skillet and stir-fry for an additional 3-4 minutes.
