  • 2 cups sushi rice
  • 1 avocado, sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • Seaweed sheets, cut into squares
  • Sesame seeds for garnish

Instructions

  1. Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
  2. In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce to create the spicy sauce.
  3. In a skillet, cook shrimp until pink and cooked through, then toss with the spicy sauce.
  4. Prepare your sushi stacks by layering rice, shrimp, avocado, and cucumber in a mold or ring.
  5. Press down gently to compact the layers.
  6. Remove the mold and garnish with sesame seeds and seaweed squares.
