- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- Seaweed sheets, cut into squares
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Cook sushi rice according to package instructions and let it cool.
- In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sriracha, and soy sauce to create the spicy sauce.
- In a skillet, cook shrimp until pink and cooked through, then toss with the spicy sauce.
- Prepare your sushi stacks by layering rice, shrimp, avocado, and cucumber in a mold or ring.
- Press down gently to compact the layers.
- Remove the mold and garnish with sesame seeds and seaweed squares.
- Serve immediately and enjoy your spicy shrimp sushi stacks!
Notes
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
- Can substitute shrimp with crab or tofu for a different flavor.
