  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Crust

  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
  2. Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the pan.
  3. Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.

Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling

  1. Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  2. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
  3. Mix in vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream. Stir in crushed strawberries.
  4. Pour batter over the crust and smooth the top.

Step 3: Bake the Cheesecake
