- 1 teaspoon cornstarch
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Crust
- Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
- Mix graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Press into the pan.
- Bake for 10 minutes, then cool.
Step 2: Make the Cheesecake Filling
- Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
- Mix in vanilla, sour cream, and heavy cream. Stir in crushed strawberries.
- Pour batter over the crust and smooth the top.
Step 3: Bake the Cheesecake
- Place a pan of hot water in the oven to prevent cracks.
- Bake for 55-65 minutes until the center slightly jiggles.
- Cool in the oven for 1 hour, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
