- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup peach preserves
- 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- In a bowl, mix peach preserves, chipotle peppers, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Coat the chicken breasts with the peach chipotle sauce.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
- Brush additional sauce on the chicken during the last few minutes of grilling.
- Remove from grill and let rest for a few minutes before serving.
