- Roll into Balls: Scoop out about 1 tablespoon of the mixture and roll it into a smooth ball. Place on a parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Chill the Truffles: Refrigerate the balls for at least 30 minutes to firm up.
- Melt the White Chocolate: Using a double boiler or microwave, melt the white chocolate, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
- Coat the Truffles: Dip each chilled ball into the melted chocolate using a fork. Tap off excess chocolate and place back on the parchment paper.
