Instructions
- Prepare the Oven and Cauliflower
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Remove the outer leaves of the cauliflower and trim the stem so it sits flat on the baking dish. - Blanch the Cauliflower
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Submerge the cauliflower head into the boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove and let it drain completely. - Mix the Spice Rub
In a small bowl, combine olive oil, turmeric, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a flavorful paste. - Season the Cauliflower
Using a brush or your hands, generously coat the entire cauliflower with the spice mixture, ensuring it’s evenly covered. - Roast the Cauliflower
