Watermelon lime honey popsicles are a refreshing and healthy treat perfect for hot summer days.
Ingredients

- 4 cups watermelon, cubed
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
Instructions
- Blend the watermelon cubes in a blender until smooth.
- Add lime juice and honey to the blended watermelon and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into popsicle molds.
- Insert sticks and freeze for at least 4 hours or until solid.
- To remove popsicles, run warm water over the outside of the molds for a few seconds.
Notes
- For a vegan option, substitute honey with agave syrup.
- Feel free to add mint for an extra refreshing flavor.
