Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, coleslaw mix, and chopped green onions.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, soy sauce, rice vinegar, grated ginger, honey, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Pour the dressing over the chicken and coleslaw mixture. Toss well to ensure all ingredients are evenly coated.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds over the salad and gently mix again.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary, adding more salt, pepper, or honey to taste.
- Cover the salad and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.
