Preheat & Prepare the Dish
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Grease a 9×13-inch baking dish with butter or non-stick spray.

- In a skillet over medium heat, cook bacon until crispy.
- Transfer to a paper towel-lined plate and crumble once cooled.

Prepare the Biscuits
- Open the can of biscuits and cut each biscuit into quarters.
- Arrange the biscuit pieces evenly in the greased baking dish.

- In a mixing bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Pour the egg mixture evenly over the biscuits.

- Sprinkle the crumbled bacon evenly over the top.
- Add shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese for a gooey, cheesy texture.
