Description

Crispy Parmesan Artichoke Hearts are a crunchy bite of perfection, perfect as a snack or appetizer.


Ingredients

  • 1 can of artichoke hearts, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 large eggs, beaten
  • Cooking oil spray

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and lightly spray with cooking oil.
  3. In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, oregano, salt, and black pepper.
  4. In another bowl, beat the eggs until well combined.
  5. Dip each artichoke heart into the beaten eggs, allowing any excess to drip off.
  6. Roll the coated artichoke heart in the breadcrumb mixture, pressing gently to ensure a good coating.
  7. Place the breaded artichoke hearts on the prepared baking sheet.
