- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 4 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions
- Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper on all sides.
- In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium-high heat.
- Add the seasoned steak cubes to the skillet in a single layer. Sear for 2-3 minutes on each side until browned. Remove the steak from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add the remaining 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic. Sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in the heavy cream and stir, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.
- Lower the heat and add the grated Parmesan cheese to the cream sauce, stirring until the cheese has melted and the sauce is smooth. Season with additional salt and pepper if needed.
- Return the cooked steak bites to the skillet, tossing them in the creamy sauce to coat.
- Cook for an additional 2 minutes until everything is heated through.
- Remove from heat and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
