Instructions
1. Prepare the Ingredients
- Cut the beef chuck roast into bite-sized cubes.
- Wash and halve the baby potatoes.
- Finely chop the onion and mince the garlic.
2. Sear the Beef (Optional for Extra Flavor)
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef cubes and sear until browned on all sides (about 3-5 minutes).
- Remove from heat and set aside.
3. Assemble the Slow Cooker
- Place the potatoes at the bottom of the slow cooker.
- Add the onions and garlic on top.
- Arrange the beef bites over the vegetables.
- Pour in the beef broth and Worcestershire sauce.
- Sprinkle the seasonings evenly over the ingredients.
- Drizzle the melted butter over everything.
4. Slow Cook the Dish
- Low Setting: Cook for 7-8 hours for the most tender beef.
- High Setting: Cook for 4-5 hours if you’re short on time.
5. Add the Finishing Touches
- Stir gently to mix the flavors.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and Parmesan cheese.
